The grainy mustard is a Dijon mustard. It is manufactured as before to the grindstone by the Fallot Mustard from whole mustard seeds. The seeds give it a grainy texture and sweeter than the classic Dijon mustard. The grain mustard perfectly with grilled meats and sauces making them softer.
