Mustard cilantro and candied orange is a unique mustard created in collaboration with a big name in French gastronomy, Patrick Bertron, the leader of the Relais Bernard Loiseau.
The blend of flavors with cilantro and orange confit makes slightly tangy mustard and exceptional.
This mustard is ideal to accompany a duck, a veal chop, or to flavor a salad dressing and accompany seafood or even asparagus.
Composition
Water, mustard seed of Burgundy, Bourgogne Aligote white wine 15%, salt, coriander leaves 5%, 1.8% candied orange (orange peel, glucose syrup, sucrose), acid: citric acid, natural flavor orange, antioxidant : potassium metabisulfite, corriandre natural flavor, spices.
