Joseph Dussert founded in 1903 in the town of Arleuf in full Morvan house that still bears his name today. This is the beginning of a passion between a man of temperament and promising land. It invests and completely flourished in this region in the heart of a rich Burgundy traditions where gastronomy is an integral part of the heritage and history. Later his son will inherit both the passion and the paternal know. They will not rest, and their successors, to expand the business and open new markets. Nowadays Fernand Dussert products are always designed according to the original principles for the benefit of all charcuterie fans eager to genuine flavor of local produce.
